Good Athletic - Coaching plans
I aim to provide a training plan option for all budgets.
Please note that there are not always coaching spots available.
I intentionally limit client numbers in order to provide a higher level of service.
All three of the coaching plans below start with an initial consult which takes around 60 - 70 mins.

The Initial consult is a one off $150 fee.

Tri-Weekly coaching plan
This is my primary coaching service.
A personalised three-week training plan that adapts to your ability level and upcoming events & commitments.
We'll check in every three weeks via phone call or in person to discuss your progress and set goals for the next training phase.
We can also make adjustments to your plan together when necessary.
Fortnightly coaching plan
This service is subject to availability.
If you would like more support and guidance, I also offer a fortnightly training plan that's completely tailored to your ability level and upcoming events.
We'll catch up every two weeks to review your progress and plan for the upcoming fortnight accordingly.
Basic coaching plan
A tailored online training plan delivered in 5 week cycles.
(5km to 50km specific)
This service is great for athletes who are not looking for coaching feedback, but still require training structure and help with their load management.
Athletes are able to keep coach up to date with upcoming commitments and training progress using an online feedback form at the end of each training cycle.
Adjustments to the plan are to be made by the athletes themselves.
This special service is subject to availability and only available for limited numbers.
This special service involves a weekly catch up with coach and includes a premium training peaks subscription.
Every second week we will conduct a session together in person and on the following week we will catch up with a call or in person.
This service is there for those who want to leave no stone unturned and maximise their training in all aspects.

Lactic threshold testing
A controlled ramp stage test conducted by myself.
Lactic threshold testing can be of huge benefit to help you understand what kind of intensity you should be training at for your target events.
Athletes will be provided with the testing data and zone recommendations after the testing data has been analyzed.
1 on 1 coaching session
A one on one 60 minute coaching session, tailored to you.
This 60 minute session can be technique based or for athletes who would like to conduct a specific session under the guidance of a coach.

Good Athletic - Ambassador athlete programme
This service is in place to assist athletes who are interested in long term coaching support,
but who may have financial limitations.
Athletes who are interested can reach out to me via email if they are interested in joining the team,
will be considered on a case by case basis.
